after 7 months...

hi... back after 7 rather interesting months...
well... i went for the japanese immersion during the december holidays and it was rather enriching. learnt many stuffs there and made quite a few friends. i did have some small communication problems over there but more or less i still could manage. the host family were rather friendly. but i haven't managed to get in touch with them since u came back... (sent them email, they sent a snail mail about karen, i sent back another snail mail but no reply since then)

oh well. anyway i got into jc. results were rather okay at the beginning of the year, but it kept on deproving since then... either im getting more careless or i just can't grasp the concepts properly... i hope i can do better in time to come...

and.... it kind of ended after 5 months and 13 days... but i still can't let go for some reason. i think i really need to rethink about everything carefully.

i think i'll go sleep now. hands sore typing on the phone while lying on the bed... and it's already 12mn. so... night guys~!

AHHHHHHHHHHHH. It has been 1 1/2 year since I last posted. *facepalm*

Exams over. Results probably just sufficient to get into JC. Left Higher Chinese 'O' Levels to worry about. - school lessons are just chinese, chinese and more chinese.

After which would be the holidays. But should I really just be relaxing during the holidays?

Shall begin worrying about preparing for JC only after the higher chinese paper.

I'm probably blogging for no one to see. D:

Woots! Back after like 7 months! First off, it's 12.23am now and I'm revising chinese for my test next Tuesday, but seemingly unable to concentrate on memorising the phrases.

I'm kinda of trying to study harder instead of playing the whole day, 'cause it bores doing the same thing over again and again and it doesn't benefit me. So here I am attempting to study for hours everyday (usually I don't even touch my homework :P). This may be partially because of my results last term (4.875)... Bad, bad, bad, I know. Currently aiming for a 2.0! O.O

Tomorrow I will have a busy day with PSP (parents symposium) going on which may end late at around9-10pm. That's not too bad. But the thing is, I have a HSK exam on SAT, EARLY MORNING. I will have to go to sleep straight after reaching home... Tiring. =\

Next tuesday there will be 2 tests... Like I stated earlier, chinese, and also mathematics which I don't think I will study for it. Possible A for chinese? MAYBE, MAYBE, MAYBE. But I will do my best for it of course :) Talking about tests... I forgot that I am supposed to be revising for Chinese now. So I think I'll stop here. Bye!

Yay, back after 11 days. Had my English and Geography exams today. =S Got the wrong format for the portion of Feature Article, though I think I did quite well compared to my usual composition practises.

Tomorrow's a holiday, so I can relax JUST A LITTLE bit before going back to my studies =D

HIIIII!!!

I've wanted to post quite a few times but I couldn't think of anything to post =S

This is bad, there's only another 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9 days to study for exams! I haven't started on quite alot of topics... DIE... In addition, I will be going to the cube workshop tomorrow at Toa Payoh SAFRA for almost the whole day (CIP hours). Supposedly I will bring along some notes/books as a form of revision if I have time.

Have not been bringing cubes to school - other than cubes that were to be sold. Paid more attention in class; trying not to doze off; complete homework on time; taking down notes; playing less cubes. More efficient in studies, in hope that I can be promoted to Sec 3 next year...

Hi everyone,

I'm back to posting =D

Anyway, I've been busy watching series of anime these few days, while also having a competition coming up, and exams are just around the corner. Well, never mind about that. I just would like to suggest people to watch "Kimi ga Nozomu Eien". It's a 14 episode long anime, and guess what it to me. SOMEHOW I've got the motivation to study after watching it. It's a pretty touching anime by the way. =S WATCH IT!

And also...

I chose to go for the Japan Exchange Programme in Term 2 of 2009. Liked Japan since I was young, so I think I'm going to brush up my Japanese by then. =P It's rather expensive though, $1500...

Nothing much to post, but I think I've got to go back to my studies... Less than 4 days left to study for each subject on average. Hope that I will do well this time =D

Hah, it 12.29AM now, 23th August. Can see that I'm really bored to be blogging at this time of the day =P

Nothing much, just that there's another 15 days to the Rubik's Cube Singapore Open held at Suntec City... Obviously I would aim to be sub-15 before the competition date arrives, but would that be possible?? =\

Oh. by the way, I am currently trying to create a personal cubing website. Will need time to improvise on it though, and I will post the link here as soon as the website is mostly ready.

Tomorrow's cube demo would be held at Tampines Mall , 2pm to 8pm... (Which is like on the other end of Singapore for me T.T)

For my school results, I more or less figured out that my MSG would be around 4.57 for me... At least it's most likely not going to hit 5... Will mug for exams and aim for an MSG of 2.8 xD

IDS weeks is just over, WHEW. Got scolded by the IvP teachers because we "did not inform" them that we were at the National Musuem and not likely to be making in time for the bus ride to Nayang Polytechnic for the IvP Fair... Who cares actually =P
(BTW, Some random girl went up to Daryl and asked him for his phone number O_O)

BACK AFTER A LONG TIME xD

I've been busy the last few weeks in preparation for Tests and Project's Day.

BAD Results.
History failed, Geography failed, Chinese failed.
English, Science, Literature(unknown, probably failed) in-between.
Maths, Infocomm Studies A1.......
Let's say...
( Humanities + Chinese + English + Science + Literature + Mathematics + Infocomm Studies )/ 7 =
( 7 + 7 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 1 + 1 ) / 7 = 34/7 = 4.86 O_O (Ar, worse than last term? =S)
Got to mug for Week 10's Science Test and EOY Examinations... Wooooo!

BTW, just got the results for PDay today. Didn't go into the Grand-Finals but we got an A grade (does it mean 10/4 ACE? =P). SURPRISINGLY, our website got accepted for grading for the Website Design Award, even though it looks rather bad and was completed in 2-3 days...

Rubik's Cube Singapore Open 2008 is just 19 days away! And I haven't been cubing for the last few days - average dropped from 16/17 to 17/20 T.T
Need to aim for sub-15 before the competition!! 2 OLL left to learn xD

Oh ya, I tried installing Linux OS on my computer, but it didn't support my model of the wireless adapter, so I re-installed the whole Windows again... And added in Yod'm 3D program... Google that to find out more o.O
again MAC sucks =X

Sigh, another tiring day...

I got my V-Cubes from Cetron in the afternoon =) - 5x5 6x6 and 7x7...
They were cool, but with some minor problems...
2 of the 5x5's center caps kept on falling, so I simply placed a piece of paper under the cap to prevent it from falling...
The 6x6 seriously suck at first touch, but heard that they should get better with time.

Timed 7x7 once - 15:09.60
I deproved at 5x5 because the 5x5 was rather stiff, need to break in quite a bit xD

After that I went to my friend's house do project... some old thing. Though not as slack anymore, because the competition is held on Tuesday. =(

Tomorrow is going to be another busy day...

Hello, my dear blog.... I actually didn't post for 5 months...... O_O

Anyway, it's already almost the end of the June holidays. I am actually studying History now at 2:53 am xD I was too tired and couldn't really concentrate so here I am posting in my blog.

Well basically, I'm now into selling cubes, having lots of competitors and stuffs, yeah. BAD way to earn money though, but its fun =) Hope to sell as many cubes as possible before the June holidays ends! Email cube4sg@hotmail.com for more information..

My brain isn't working quite properly right now so I have no idea what to post... Any suggestions? Maybe taking a quiz and posting it here or something. Oh yeh, this morning I had IvP at our library conference room at 9am in the morning. I thought that my group did not do much and our teacher mentors are surely going to scold us. It happened otherwise... We got praised ^^
Then we went to Yew Tee MRT and searched for PVC tubes... In the end we got something similar but I'm not sure what it exactly is. After which we went to Cheng Yong's house to "do our project". We edited the powerpoint presentation, did a bit of planning. Then off we went to play RF2 and Boxhead xP Oops!

Let me remember what I have left to do...
1. Complete IvP presentation and prototype
2. Complete someone's (won't say who) Mathematics homework.
3. Complete Holiday homework
4. Study
5. Sell cubes
6. Get sub-20 for cubing

That's what I could think off. Haha.

Another freaky day...

Just recovered from being sick yesterday... Feeling better now, but with occasional pains in my stomach.

And also, the new Secondary 1s have overtaken our territory at the table tennis corner!!! BIG DISASTER! Ar!!! The only choice left to be able to "book" one is either by rushing to the corner as early as possible, or the harder way, camping at a corner until someone has to go off for something.

OdinMS has just changed its rates to 9x!!! Only 1x difference... I hope that the source for the server will be out by early-March. Or even earlier... But who knows what will happen? Visit OdinMS's "Developer's Log" for more details!

No time to revamp my blog skin yet, especially the making of the pictures of the layout of the skin... Busy, busy ,busy. And till now, I have not finished my Math's Assignment! =X Haha, but, maybe before the March holidays, I should be able to finish it (Well, who knows what may happen...).

*Yawn* School is boring... =.= I have done my duty as a I/C of the Sec 1 NPCC squad for 1 month, and now is the time to have the I/C changed. I have just be "depromoted" from being an I/C. At least I do not have to report the size of the squad and whatever other information before entering a room. I always cannot get the exact number of cadets who are present. Luckily its Sec 1 and the NCOs did not mind it.
I've been busy these few days, studying for the tests which last has just finished today. Again and again I'm still unable to score well for Integrated Humanities. Ah... Who cares? I just have to score 15 ACE points for this year and I should be able to just scratch through the passing mark. Oh ya, I have installed a few Anti-virus and Anti-spyware programmes. Guess what? I scanned up to 107 spywares on the 1st scan and another 87 on the second scan... -.- So far there hasn't been any virus that infected the computer.
This Saturday is our school's open house day. Those who are in Primary 6 and are interested in entering into Hwa Chong(which I doubt so after what I told you), can consider attending for it. To find out more about the events on Saturday, please visit Hwa Chong's homepage:

Haiz, at last I remembered to come back to this blog to post... It has been like... 1 month 3 days since I last posted! o.O Anyway, I got through my preliminary round of the Projects' Day Competition and going to the Semi-Finals~! Well, to be honest, we did not really prepare alot as compared to the other groups. Hmm... Better not talk about work again ><" I started to play AuditionSea since one and a half week ago, although I still play MapleSEA sometimes. In my opinion, AuditionSEA is WAY much more interesting than MapleSEA.
Struggling to change my blog type and style, although I do not have much time, I have a certain level of achievement in modifying some codes. Just hope to have the new blogskin ASAP! Anyway its already late, and I left the last question to finish~ So see you again~~

me should know. Because of our school's excellent results in the 'A'

Oh My Gosh! Today's PT(Physical Training) so tiring... I haven't been exercising that vigorously for a long time. Must exercise much more often to be able to pass NAPHA <- correct spelling? =.= I hope to be able to score higher for Geograhy and improve on my test by leaps and bounds. By the way, I had my English Literature Test today. I think I wrote a little too little ><" Sigh, no use dwelling about it, I can't change the fact that I most likely did not do well. Then Mr. Krison will nag, nag, nag, di, di ,di, da, da, da, and then place me in the Court Of Krisonification. T.T

The only thing I want to do now, is to CONCENTRATE on my studies, but sometimes still go search for songs and spend a load long period of time. And like now, I still spent so much time blogging >.> Never mind, this blogging exercise can help me make use of my vocabulary sometimes. I'll try to buck up on my Geography and English - both Language and Literature. You can try to blog more with mostly properly English as a form a exercise of forming sentences with your Vocabulary learnt. It also helps you to be able to type faster with practices in cases of emergency when you need to inform someone about something urgent within a short time. Anyway, today's overall 'content' in the study is all right - not that interesting and not that boring. Am I here to just spout nonsense? Maybe... But it help me to release a bit of stress sometimes.

Next paragraph! Ok, ok. I know you want to go and do your things. Just stay here a while more... Umm, you can go to this website to enjoy your self and come back later - refreshed!

Hi,

Sorry, have not been posting for a long time! My Math test got 29/30 T.T and History test 16/20. So bad lo, this week no IS (Chinese New Year mah).
Chinese 综合填空 I got 14/20. Like very lousy hor? =.= But it's the highest in class, on par with Bradley. Sian lo, got 1 careless mistake.

I hope school to be more more more busy! So it can distract me from games T.T I quitted alot of games le. Currently not playing any. Maybe occasionaly some? NPCC today cancelled again. Next lesson on Fri. Today somehow one of my Projects Day group members managed to think of an idea. Weird idea but interesting. I'm not going to tell XD (P.S. Unless I win ^^)

Last few days during CNY I spam so many SMS >.> I collected only $2XX ~~ang bao~~ red packet money... Sigh... Today got so many homework. Science... Math... English... Chinese... Sorry, I really got to go. Next time I try to make my blog posts longer!

Aiya, Yesterday 1 crazy thing happened:

I was with my parents at 'Shop & Save' shopping.. After that we went to the counter, then an old lady was walking towards me, and said pointing at me,'Can go in?'
So i pushed the trolley into the counter area, then she was like so disappointed...
SHE WAS ACTUALLY TRYING TO ASK WHETHER SHE COULD GO IN FIRST!!!
OMG!
WTF?
Such things also can happen?!?

This world is SO weird...
